My end-game here is that standard users cannot install anything and have to get a member of management to approve the installation. Is there a way to set this up so that if a standard user right clicks on said file and selects to 'run as administrator', they are then prompted to enter an administrator username and password then and there - removing the requirement for an admin to login altogether? If a standard user either attempts to install a file, or right clicks on said file and selects to 'run as administrator' they are prompted that they cannot as they are not as administrator. If a standard user has a requirement to install software, an administrator has to log on to that PC and perform the installation his/herself under their own account.
